I was introduced to P&P .. to use them for our BBQ - Open house (which I used 2007 and 2008)
I then used them to do some of our BE functions -- end of year picnic --etc
This year we met a parental need up here re support for working parents -- lunches
P & P now caters our Thursday fun lunch every week
I have had excellent product and customer service -- they are organized, food is healthy and hot -- students are very pleased and Peter and Paula have managed to provide a range of price points and a variety of items each week
I highly recommend P & P with no reservation

There have been a number of occasions over the past few years where I have been inclined to thank you in writing for the services that you have provided. Typically, I have chosen to merely give you a call. Our recent experience during the New Years Eve event has now compelled me to put something in writing.
I deal with numerous vendors providing a variety of services.
P & P Catering consistently provides exemplary service above and beyond what I would consider standard fare.
I would characterize your service delivery as
a) always looking out for the best interest of the client and end user
b) willing to consistently go above and beyond the call of duty
c) not willing to compromise on either quality of product or service.

Leftover Chicken Veggie soup
ReplyDelete10 cups water
10 regular or low sodium chicken bouillon cubes
3 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken
1 package (16 oz.) frozen mixed veggies such as peas and carrot mix
a dash of black pepper
TIP: if you have any leftover rice or pasta add to soup the last 15 minutes to make soup heartier
In a large pot add the water and the bouillon cubes, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
stir occasionally
Add remaining ingredients and return to aboil
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 - 30 min or till veggies are tender
TIP: if you have any leftover rice or pasta add to soup the last 15 minutes to make soup heartier

Food Services
Peter & Paula Trasias of P & P Catering have agreed to supply hot dogs, hamburgers and sausages to everybody throughout the day. They will also serve soft drinks, coffee and tea.
After the show, Peter & Paula will cater a sit-down buffet dinner in the Curling Club.
Sandi says that P & P’s chicken souvlaki is the best she’s ever had.
It will be served with salad, rice, dessert , coffee or tea. The price will be less than $18 per person.
In addition to inside seating in the Curling Club, Rob Gasper’s crew will be setting up a number of picnic tables at the west side of the parking lot in a pleasant grassy area.
